Martin: ?The best part of attending Romeo High School has been the people. What was the best part of attending school for you and why? AP calculus is the class that has challenged me the most and it is this challenge that has given me confidence to face the academic challenges of college.? I like AP calculus not so much because I like the material, but because I like the way the class makes me think. The other class that I really like is AP calculus. AP government also allowed me to become more involved in politics by attending rallies, registering voters and even going to Washington, D.C. This class gave me the chance to discuss current events and debate public policy. There were also a lot of cool labs that we did.? Misson: ?My favorite class was physics, because I got to see what would happen in real-life situations. I also enjoy it because my friends play soccer.? It is a lot of fun to play and I enjoy kicking the ball around. Misson: ?My favorite hobby is playing soccer because it is a fun team sport. I have been swimming for eight years and even though my competitive swimming is over, I will continue to lap swim and keep in contact with the members of the swim team.? Swimming also taught me dedication and hard work. The girls on the swim team are my best friends. Martin: ?My favorite after-school activity was the girls varsity swim team. What is your favorite hobby or after-school activity and why? My LSAT score went up 8 points from the baseline practice test, and I know that Josh was just as proud as I was when I scored 170.What follows are responses from Martin and Misson to a survey from The Source. I always felt that Josh was available to answer questions and give advice, and by the time the LSAT date rolled around, I was consistently getting at least 75% of all puzzle questions correct. He really took the time to make sure that I was on track and doing all the things I needed to do to score as high as I possibly could. Josh was a great teacher – in addition to making our five-hour-long classes interesting and engaging, he also met with us one-on-one to develop individualized test-prep strategy. I only got 25% of the questions in the puzzle section right, and I knew I would have to do a lot better than that to get into a top law school. Before starting the course, all of us took a practice exam to establish a baseline by which we could gauge our improvement.
